1. Shop on the website
The full range of Shikkee models is available for purchase on the site. Choose the right house for your lot, add to cart and pay a deposit of only 10,000 NIS. Just like on Amazon.
The system immediately transfers the order to the financing body or any financing solution you choose – and everything happens automatically.
2. Introductory conversation with your Magician
Within a week of ordering, you will have a video call with the Magician – your personal project manager.
In the meeting, you will go through all the preparation steps, get acquainted with the Shikkee Tracking system and connect to the approved suppliers app – including the expectation of receiving accurate quotes for each stage.
3. Completing payment and closing the transaction
After the call, you will be asked to complete personal identification and pay the remaining amount within 30 days – which fully completes your order. From there – Shikkee is on its way to you.
4. Preparations on the field + delivery of bags
In the background, we manufacture your home, and it is shipped to Israel and stored in a secure warehouse for a month – free of charge.
In the meantime, preparations are being made on your premises by the approved suppliers or any professional of your choice, accompanied by the Magician. Every update will be sent to you in real time – directly to your mobile.
5. Assembly. Entry. New life.
As soon as the Magician confirms that the lot is ready, the assembly team goes on site. In just 30 days, your bag is ready, and you enter the house with a key in your hand and a smile on your face.
