Can I change the layout or design?
No. Our homes are predesigned and pre-approved to save time, money, and stress. You choose the style and colors

We start in Israel and are scaling globally. If you have a plot, we’ll help you bring Shikkee there.
How much does it cost?
Less than half the cost of traditional homebuilding. Pricing is fixed from day one — no hidden upgrades.
Can I get financing?
Yes. We offer built-in finance. Integrated directly into the website.
